Please follow the rules below to ensure safety and respect for the property and its wildlife:

Hunting License Required: All guests must have a valid Texas hunting license. Submit your license to the property owner when booking.
Game Limits:
- Axis Deer: Limit of 1 per hunter.
- Wild Hogs: No bag limit.
- Turkey: Limit of 2 per hunter.
Hunting Hours: Hunting is allowed from dawn to dusk. No night hunting permitted.
Safety First: Always practice firearm safety. Firearms should only be discharged within the designated hunting area.
Respect the Property: No littering or damaging natural surroundings. Please dispose of trash properly.
No Alcohol or Drugs: For safety reasons, alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during hunts.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property during hunts for safety reasons.
No Fires: Open fires are not permitted on the property.
Blinds Only: All hunting must be done from the designated blind. No stalking or hunting outside marked areas.
Children: Minors must be supervised at all times and must be accompanied by an adult with a valid hunting license.
