Property Rules & Regulations:

Fishing License Required: All guests must have a valid Texas fishing license. Please submit your license to the property owner upon booking.

Catch Limits:
- Bass: Catch-and-release only.
- Catfish & Bluegill: You may keep up to 5 fish per person.
No Littering: Please keep the property clean. Dispose of all trash in the provided bins or take it with you.
No Swimming or Wading: For safety reasons, swimming and wading in the pond are not allowed.
Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the natural surroundings and neighboring properties.
Pets: Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.
Fires: No open fires allowed unless in designated fire pits.
Alcohol Use: Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Please drink responsibly and ensure safety at all times.
Boating: Small, non-motorized boats (kayaks, canoes) are permitted. Motorized boats are not allowed.
